Salcman is invited to lecture on the construction of his anthology, Poetry
in Medicine, at the 10th annual meeting of the Hippocrates Society for
Poetry and Medicine, held at Newcastle University in the UK on May 16-17,
2019; he also gives a joint reading with Carolyn Forché, noted poet and
activist.
